Tracscare/Brookdale organise a number of free conferences for care professionals and families throughout the year.
 
The aims of these conferences are to raise the awareness of Autism, how it effects people living with the condition and identify ways to support people to live more independently. 
 
The conferences all cover a different aspect of Autism, previous events have included:
  • Autism and Criminal Justice System
  • Autism and Mental Health Act
  • Understanding Women with Autism
  • Managing Challenging Behaviours
  • Autism – supporting the transition to adulthood 

The conferences have presentations from leading clinicians, therapists and people living with Autism who are truly experts in understanding Autism.

The "A better understanding of females with Autism" event takes place at the Bridge Chapel Centre, Heath Road, Liverpool, L19 4XR on Thursday 30th March 2017.

Upcoming Tracscare and Brookdale 'Autism and Learning Disability Conference'

Latest Update - Register now for the 2016 Tracscare and Brookdale Care Autism and Learning Disability conference.  

Conference Details:  The conference is focusing on practical information and guidance on a range of topics to support individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
 
There will be talks from clinical speakers presenting from both Tracscare and Brookdale as well as talks from Dr Jason Crabtree and former Brookdale Care resident Alex Evans on his personal experience of the impact of therapy on an Adult with ASD.

​The early bird price to register for the conference is £29.99 until Friday 15th May. After this point the cost of a delegate place is 49.99 per person. Spaces are limited so register now!

We are also offering a select few companies the opportunity to attend the conference as exhibitors and to advertise their companies products/services on their own exhibition stand.

Our upcoming conference on the topic of Autism and Learning Disabilities is fast approaching (2nd June). We have estimated over 200 care professionals will be attending and we are really excited for the event!
