Milton Park Therapeutic Campus Patient Survey

At Milton Park Therapeutic Campus we believe in working closely with our patients and, as part of this, we have a patient survey on a rolling programme in which we ask our patients what they think of our services (One section a month). Their feedback is then collated and reported through our clinical governance committee who then make further improvements. 

In the interests of transparency we thought you may be interested in viewing the results too, these will be updated regularly as each section gets returned monthly:
